Arsenal are not expected to allow Gabriel Martinelli to leave this summer, sources have told Football Insider.
Martinelli, 24, has been linked with a move away from the Emirates, after it emerged that the Gunners were interested in Noni Madueke from Chelsea.
Over the coming days, Arsenal are expected to bid £50million for Madueke, but that should not affect the future of their current Brazilian winger.
Sources say the North London side see the Chelsea star as an additional attacking option, rather than a direct replacement for one of their current players.

Martinelli to stay as Arsenal bolster squad
Martinelli moved to the Emirates from Brazilian side Ituano in the summer of 2019, joining for a fee of around £6million.
During the 2022/23 campaign, the winger scored 15 goals and picked up five assists in the Premier League, as Arsenal were pipped to the title by Manchester City.

However, Martinelli has failed to reach those same heights again, which has ultimately led to questions about his future in North London.
It would be seen as a surprise in some quarters, including among a significant section of the Arsenal fanbase, should the wide man now stay at the club beyond the window shutting.
Arsenal have been stepping up their efforts in the transfer market over recent days, confirming the additions of Kepa Arrizabalaga and Martin Zubimendi, but Mikel Arteta still sees the attacker as a major part of his plans going forward.

Arsenal have total agreement with Viktor Gyokeres
Meanwhile, Arsenal are confident they have a full agreement in place as they put the finishing touches to signing Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting Lisbon, sources have told Football Insider.
Gyokeres, 27, has been linked with the Gunners for many months now, as they look to solve their long-term centre-forward problem.
Sources say that it is a matter of when, not if, the transfer gets completed, with the Swedish international willing to make the move to the Emirates.
Over the last few days, Arsenal have made progress on the deal, and they are currently in talks with Sporting to agree on a payment structure.
