Manchester United are gearing up for a massive squad shake-up this summer, aiming to bounce back from a torrid season that saw the Red Devils land in 15th place in the Premier League and suffer defeat to Tottenham in the Europa League final.

United have already splashed out £62.5million to bring in Matheus Cunha from Wolves, while young defender Diego Leon has also been snapped up from Cerro Porteno.

Christian Eriksen and Victor Lindelof have both departed after their contracts ran out, and Jonny Evans retired. But a flurry of departures are anticipated before the window shuts, with Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Alejandro Garnacho all said to be on the way out.

Here, Daily Star Sportdelves into all the latest transfer gossip swirling around Old Trafford....

Now, AC Milan's new gaffer Max Allegri has made it clear that Leao is staying put at the San Siro despite Barcelona's interest.

"I'm sure I can bring out that extra something he's been missing," Allegri stated. "I'm glad he's stayed, he's now more responsible, more mature, and has all the qualities to become one of the best."

United are reportedly willing to offload goalkeeper Andre Onana for a cool £30m, just two years after splashing out roughly £50m to bring him in from Inter Milan.

French Ligue 1 team Monaco and several Saudi Pro League clubs have shown interest in Onana, with United bosses eager to trim his salary from the wage bill. The 29 year old has dropped hints about a possible departure.

When quizzed about his future at an event in Burkina Faso last month, Onana told Afrik-Foot: "Will I leave? I don't know, we'll see!".

Napoli's Alejandro Garnacho decision

Napoli have been strongly linked with Alejandro Garnacho, but it seems the Serie A champions have decided not to sign the forward.

Garnacho is among five players who seem to have no future at Old Trafford, but Napoli have set their sights on PSV Eindhoven star Noa Lang instead.

Reports from Italy suggest that Napoli have agreed a deal with PSV worth around £24m and the transfer is expected to be finalised soon.
