Liverpool kicked off their training this week, welcoming a few fresh faces alongside the regular big names. Mohamed Salah was spotted making his way to the club's training ground on Tuesday, with Andy Robertson in tow.
New recruit Jeremie Frimpong was also seen reporting for duty as a Red for the first time. He's set to be joined by fellow newcomers Florian Wirtz and Milos Kerkez.
Liverpool are still eager to beef up their squad even more before the transfer window shuts. A striker and a centre-back could potentially be on the cards.
And there could be some departures from the Reds' camp too, with Luis Diaz and Ibrahima Konate among those who might be heading out. Here's the latest transfer news and gossip from Liverpool.

Sky Sports Switzerland reports that Konate has made his intentions clear - he wants to sign for Real Madrid. The suggestion is that he's prepared to play the waiting game and then make the move to the Spanish heavyweights next summer on a free transfer.
Liverpool were keen to retain the centre-back's services but very little headway has been made on prolonging his stay at Anfield. They are also on the hunt for a new centre-back this summer, having pinpointed Crystal Palace's Marc Guehi as a possible replacement.

Luis Diaz maintains that he is "very happy" at Anfield, despite being courted by Barcelona and Bayern Munich.
Discussing a potential new deal with Liverpool, he revealed to Colombian influencer Mauricio Gomez: "We're there, negotiating. We'll see what can be achieved, for us and for the club. We'll try to do our best and make the best decision."
"We're in the process of negotiations, talking with the club, with Liverpool, with everyone who's approaching us. But I'm very calm where I am, you know, very happy. Trying to make the best decision now."

Italian Serie A outfit Napoli would be willing to pay approximately £47.4m for striker Darwin Nunez. The Italian club have emerged as contenders for the Uruguayan, with his future seemingly uncertain at Liverpool.
According to prior reports, Liverpool aim to reap around £55m-£59.3m from any sale, but as reported by Sky in Italy, Napoli would only be prepared to go up to just over £47m.

However, Napoli are ready to propose a deal to Diaz that would see him pocket around £100k per week if he makes the move to Italy.
