Wolves transfer denied – Brazilian press dismiss reports of PL move

Despite [recent claims suggesting a move](https://www.futebolizei.com/2025/07/wallace-yan-acerta-com-wolverhampton-e.html) to Wolverhampton was done, [Brazilian insider Julio Miguel Neto reports](https://x.com/JulioMiguelNeto/status/1942627406432337962) that Wallace Yan has not been sold to the Premier League side.

The update comes directly from the player’s entourage, who firmly denied any completed deal or final negotiation with Wolves.

While interest from the English club had been reported six days earlier, the new statement makes it clear that no agreement is in place.

Wallace, who is under contract with Flamengo until 2027, is currently in discussions over a new deal that would include a salary increase.

According to the report, the 18-year-old remains fully focused on his development and continues to follow his regular training schedule with the club.

“There’s been nothing sent to me, and as far as I know, nothing official for the club either,” a member of the player’s camp told the journalist.

While an official offer could arrive in the future, at this stage there is no transfer agreed and Wallace Yan will remain a Flamengo player until something changes in that regard.
