DALLAS - Is Oxnard - and the football world - ready for "Bald Lion''?
Complete with a Dallas Cowboys comparison to the NBA GOAT Michael Jordan?
Even in the offseason, Cowboys Nation can always count on star edge rusher Micah Parsons to stir things up.
He is one of the most candid players on social media - for better or worse.
This offseason, Parsons has hinted at him making a surprising new change to his appearance ahead of the 2025 season.
"I think ima play this year bald-headed yall." he wrote via X.
Yes, his hair is already short ... and yes he still wears a helmet when he plays. But why not, right? He may be more aerodynamic off the edge if he's clean shaven, who knows?
Cowboys' safety Juanyeh Thomas got in on the fun by sharing a photoshopped image that Parsons reposted.
The fun continued with fans turning "bald lion" into a meme resembling Deebo from the movie Friday.
The image directly referenced Parsons' looming contract, and Micah's response may also hint at his place in the negotiation.
And then there is teammate and buddy Trevon Diggs, who is now comparing Micah to Michael … Jordan.
And this week, he is once again suggesting that bald is beautiful.
However he looks under it, fans' just wish to see Micah in the star helmet for years to come.
Parsons and the Cowboys' front office are still in the midst of contract extension negotiations for a deal that CowboysCountry.com reported could be in the neighborhood of $200 million ... or $40 million a year.
That contract will put Parsons on one of the richest non-quarterback deals in NFL history ... but as you can see, he doesn't seem to be stressing too much about it right now.
If the two parties come to agreement on a new contract, Micah can soon afford all the razors and shaving cream his heart desires.
