HOUSTON — South Beach resident Chris Ledlum raised some eyebrows when he recently earned MVP honors in the French Pro B League and now he’ll get the opportunity to strut his stuff for an NBA franchise.
The Houston Rockets announced their NBA 2K26 Summer League 2025 roster on Monday and Ledlum is one of 15 hoopsters to make it, according to their website.
The 6-foot-6 Ledlum, who enjoyed a solid career at Harvard before using his final season of eligibility at St. John’s during the 2023-24 season, made a favorable impression while playing for Elan Bearnais Pau-Lacq-Orthez in France last season.
Ledlum earned MVP honors after averaging a league-leading 19.0 points per game. He was also third in rebounding at 8.5 per clip and was the league’s highest rated player at 18.8. He also averaged 2.2 assists per contest.
The Ex-St. Peter’s star, who played his final high school season at Northfield Mount Hermon HS in Massachusetts during the 2018-19 campaign, averaged 29.6 minutes per game in 34 contests with Pau-Lacq-Orthez between September and May.
The 24-year-old Ledlum scored a career-high 37 in a win over Orleans.
