Everton have several gaps that they must fill in their squad after a contract exodus at the end of June saw plenty leave.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin headlined the list of Everton departures, with the striker moving on after yet another season packed with injury.
Several other high-profile names have departed the Toffees, with the likes of Abdoulaye Doucoure, Ashley Young, and Mason Holgate all gone.
The Premier League side are making significant strides to sign players, with Everton closing in on a deal for Thierno Barry.

Calvert-Lewin does not have a new club yet, but he has been linked with some significant ones, including Manchester United and Newcastle.
MORE TOFFEES STORIES
While his future remains unknown, the Toffees will save substantial money by taking him, and the other departed players, off the wage bill.
Football finance expert Dan Plumley, speaking exclusively to Goodison News, has provided insight into what that figure could be.
“It will free up a lot of space on the wage bill,” he said.
“It’s really tough to get an exact number, and this is a speculative estimate, but the wage bill at last accounts was about £156million.
“Assume 80 per cent of that is going to be playing staff, and then do a rough division by 25 for your first team playing squad.
“You can get to a figure of an average weekly wage for Everton of about £100,000 per player.
“Now, there are extremes of either side of that; they’re not all going to be on £100,000, but it’s not a bad benchmark to aim for.
“Then, if you look at that against four players, you’re talking about saving £400,000 per week, which then becomes the thick end of £1.6million per month, and that’s a very rough estimate, of course, it could be lower.
“They are likely to be slightly more prudent, but nonetheless, if you’re saving, let’s say £1million off the wage bill each month, that’s a positive in itself.
“Then, what that does allow you to do is free up some headroom to bring in new players as well, so that’s always the balance, but certainly Calvert Lewin will be one of those big earners.
“The others who have left will be on decent wages, so you can easily get to a position where that might save the club £1million a month off the wage bill.
“That’s going to get swallowed up somewhere with new players coming in, but that’s the natural relationship between incomings and outgoings.
“At some point, you’ve got to shift some on, and if some of those players want to go, then you might as well free up that space on the wage bill.”

Toffees have room to follow up imminent Bary deal
Barry is on the verge of completing a move to Everton for a reported fee of around £28million.
Now, the Merseyside outfit are in a strong financial position to follow that up with more signings.
Whether they will pursue a deal for Jack Grealish or push on with interest in Timothy Weah, more signings are incoming for David Moyes.
