Inter Milan have became the latest club to join the race for one Chelsea star. The Blues are ready to sell the player for £35 million this summer. The Serie A giants want the player to replace their exit-bound Iran international.
The star in question here is Christopher Nkunku. He is 27 year old French forward whom the Blues signed in summer 2023. Nkunku was superb for Leipzig due to which the Blues paid £52 million for him. But, the deal didn’t work out for both the player and the club.
Nkunku has not been able to establish himself as regular starter. As a result, he wants to leave Chelsea. The Blues are ready to sell him this summer. They have placed £35 million price tag on his head. Nkunku has interest from multiple top clubs across whole Europe.

According to Sky Sports via FC Inter News, the UCL finalists have added Nkunku to their summer wishlist. Mahedi Taremi is heavily linked with exit this summer. Hence, the Serie A runner-ups view Nkunku as perfect player to replace him.
Nkunku is a perfect fit as per Inter’s current demands. He can play as all striker, winger and attacking midfielder. But, Inter are joined by Fenerbahce and Fulham in the race. Lastly, Inter will only make a move if Taremi ends up leaving San Siro.
Nkunku is man in demand right now
Nkunku also has interest from other top clubs this summer. Firstly, he is wanted by Man United. The Red Devils are keen to improve their attacking unit. They view Nkunku as a very good asset due to his versatality.
On the other hand, Nkunku also has interest from Bayern Munich. The German giants were keen to sign him in January but failed to do so. They have re-entered the race after failing to land Nico Williams and Florian Wirtz.
