With just over a month until the Premier League kicks off again, the transfer window is in full swing. However, Manchester United have yet to make any major waves in revamping Ruben Amorim's squad.

The Red Devils were quick off the mark to snap up Matheus Cunha and have announced the signing of Diego Leon, but other additions have been hard to come by. They've put in offers for Bryan Mbuemo, but haven't managed to clinch his signature from Brentford yet.

United are still on the hunt for new homes for Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, Antony, Tyrell Malacia and Alejandro Garnacho. Christian Eriksen, Victor Lindelof and Jonny Evans have all seen their contracts run out, with Evans stepping into a coaching role at the club.

Here Daily Star Sport has the lowdown on the latest transfer gossip swirling around Old Trafford.

Gyokeres is reportedly eyeing up a loan move this summer if Arsenal can't hammer out a deal for him. The Gunners have apparently hit a roadblock with Sporting CP and are ready to pull the plug on the deal, reports the Mirror.

However, the former Coventry forward, who's been linked with United, is standing firm on his decision not to play for the Portuguese team again, even threatening to go on strike rather than return to pre-season training.

Jose Mourinho's Fenerbahce are said to be keeping an eye on the situation, as are Juventus, who are keen to bolster their attacking line-up with Gyokeres.

Dusan Vlahovic

Juventus' Dusan Vlahovic could potentially be up for grabs this summer, with the Serie A club reportedly considering offering the Serbian a deal to terminate his contract.

The forward, who has been associated with United amidst Juve's rumoured interest in Jadon Sancho and Rasmus Hojlund, seems to have no future with the Old Lady.

Despite joining the Italian giants ahead of Arsenal, 25-year-old Vlahovic continues to be linked with a move to England.

Transfer rumours have heated up this summer as he enters the final year of his contract.

Italian reports suggest that Vlahovic is not open to discussions about extending his contract and it's claimed he'd even be willing to sit out the entire 2025/26 season to pocket his €12m (£10.3m) salary.

United are hopeful of striking a deal to bring Bryan Mbeumo on board before the club's pre-season tour of the United States, according to Sky Sports.

Amorim is keen to have his squad sorted for the trip to help new signings gel and ensure everyone is match-ready for the season.

The Red Devils kick off their American adventure with a game against West Ham in New Jersey on 26 July.

There's a sense of 'cautious optimism' at Old Trafford that they'll seal the deal in time.

However, there's still a bit of a wrangle over the player's price tag, particularly regarding how the payment will be structured.
