Fenerbahce are looking to rebuild their squad to mount an attack on Galatasaray’s throne as champions of Turkey after coming runners up last season.
It’s been eleven years since Fenerbahce last lifted the Super Lig trophy, with Jose Mourinho making it his mission to end the title drought.
As such, the club are looking at several new signings to reinforce the squad, including the recent signing of John Duran.
However, Fenerbahce are also looking to recruit a talented winger with the club turning their attention to Old Trafford.
For some time now, the Turkish side have been looking to Manchester United Jadon Sancho to reinforce their attack, with the club in a two horse race with Juventus.
Whilst Fenerbahce were happy to meet Sancho’s full salary demands, the former England international wants to remain in the top five league in Europe, giving the Serie A side the advantage.

Recent reports have indicated that a move to Turin was closing in for Sancho, however Fabrizio Romano has dispelled them saying no concrete talks have been made.
However, Fenerbahce seem to be uninterested in continuing a pursuit of Jadon Sancho who is clearly prioritising a move to The Old Lady.
Mundo Deportivo has now reported that Fenerbahce are entering the race for Sancho’s teammate, Marcus Rashford, rivalling Barcelona for his signature.

Both clubs see Rashford as an impressive attacker, being able to show off his versatility across the front line.
However, Barca are reportedly seeing Rashford as more of a plan B to Liverpool’s Luis Diaz.
That said, Fenerbahce would need to put forward a strong pitch to lure the newly restored England international from his dream move to Camp Nou.
