Manchester United youngster Sonny Aljofree has signed for Notts County on a season-long loan.
Aljofree spent last season on loan with Accrington Stanley, where he made 27 appearances, and United have moved swiftly to arrange another loan for the youngster in 2025/2026.
Notts County finished sixth in League Two last season and Accrington finished in 21st.
Aljofree impressed Notts County during his time with Accrington, who narrowly avoided relegation to the National League, and he will look to develop further at Meadow Lane.
Aljofree signed for Altrincham on a flexi-loan in the January 2024 and spent a few months around the non-league side's squad. The innovative loans allow youngsters to gain senior experience whilst remaining involved in the day-to-day environment at Carrington.
Centre-back Aljofree didn't make an appearance for Altrincham, but the flexi-loan was thought to be beneficial and prepared him to succeed during his first loan away with Accrington.
The 20-year-old was part of the FA Youth Cup-winning squad in 2022, playing alongside the likes of Kobbie Mainoo, Alejandro Garnacho and Dan Gore during that successful campaign.
Aljofree is contracted at Old Trafford until the summer of 2026.
