There is a chance that Thursday's Summer League game between the Dallas Mavericks and the Los Angeles Lakers breaks viewership records, and there is reason to believe that more people will tune in to watch the Summer League than a normal, regular-season game.
Cooper Flagg, one of the most hyped prospects in NBA history, is making his debut for the Mavericks. Not only that, he is doing so against the Lakers and Bronny James, who is a box-office player in his own right.
Before tipoff, we have you covered with everything you need to know, from betting odds, TV information, and full rosters for both teams.

While James and Flagg are expected to steal the show, there are plenty of other compelling storylines to follow.
To start, Eric Dixon and Ryan Nembhard were two of the very best undrafted free agents this year, and both are expected to get a two-way contract, at the very least.
Second, Dalton Knecht struggled heacily in the California Classic, and the Lakers, who already tried to trade him once, might be panicking about his value tanking, especially if he is to be guarded by Flagg tonight.
Expect overreactions, highlights, and plenty to be said about the game, but keep in mind that it is just Summer League.
