West Ham’s transfer window should ramp up in the coming weeks.

Graham Potter is looking to overhaul his squad after a miserable season last time out, as his side finished 14th in the Premier League.

They are set to receive a £55million windfall from the impending sale of Mohammed Kudus, and that could spark them into making inroads in terms of incomings.

Here, West Ham Zone rounds up the latest from the London Stadium on 10 July.

Zinchenko medical update shared amid West Ham links

West Ham reportedly want to sign Oleksander Zinchenko, who has struggled for game time at Arsenal.

The Hammers must be wary of a history of calf injuries for the Ukrainian left-back if they are planning to add him to their squad.

Dr Rajpal Brar exclusively told West Ham Zone that the Irons will do extra checks before signing him.

He said: “The club may take a closer look at his history of calf injuries, along with any age-related changes that are outside normal variance, considering the number of matches he’s played at a very competitive level.

“He’s 28, so there are no real red flags with regard to that.

“However, multiple injuries and erratic game time are a bit of a worry.”

West Ham exit claim made on Bowen

West Ham need to do everything they can to keep Jarrod Bowen this summer.

The 27-year-old was their star man in a dismal season, notching 13 goals and eight assists, and could attract interest this summer.

talkSPORT host and former Tottenham midfielder Jamie O’Hara believes that Hammers fans will not be too concerned about losing Kudus, but would be furious if Bowen left.

Speaking on the platform (9 July), he said: “If [West Ham] sold Jarrod Bowen, there would be riots.

“He’s their best player. I think with Kudus they’ll be gutted, but I don’t know if too many West Ham fans will be really annoyed by it.”
