Given the sheer amount of young talent Real Madrid have at their disposal, not only in their first team squad, but also in the Castilla system, it is common for some of the youngsters to leave the club during the summer transfer window in order to grow and develop as players.
A prime example of this recently is Nico Paz. The young Argentine left Real Madrid last summer for Como, and his time there has been a smashing success. Paz has been developing into a fantastic young player, who could return to Real Madrid in the near future.
Speaking of Nico Paz and Como, the Italian side have been linked with another Real Madrid Castilla product, and the player could seal a move in the upcoming weeks.
Real Madrid are planning some departures now
As being reported by The Athletic, Real Madrid Castilla product, Jacobo Ramon is hoping to seal a move away from Real Madrid after this summer's Club World Cup, with the youngster garnering interest from Serie A side Como.
Fabrizio Romano later confirmed this and said that the two teams have already held talks about a potential transfer and are going to try to advance on negotiations soon.
Should the 20-year-old make the switch to Como, he would reunite with former Castilla teammate Nico Paz, who is thriving under manager Cesc Fabregas. Given that Jacobo is in need of regular first team minutes his entourage are hoping to seal a move after the team returns from the United States.
Jacobo Ramon has only made a handful of appearances for Real Madrid this season, mostly late in games when the game is all but over or in early rounds of the Copa del Rey.
Given the amount of depth and talent Real Madrid currently has at centre-back, it would be a smart move for the youngster to move away for a few years before potentially returning as a much more fine-tuned player.
