Chiedozie was on the club’s books as a youngster between 2007 and 2014, and suffered life-changing injuries when he was hit by a car on the hard shoulder of the M27 back in February on his way back from playing for Bashley.
The 30-year-old was changing a tyre on club physio Reighan Taylor’s car when he was hit.

He lost a leg as a result of the incident and was recently fitted with a prosthetic leg as he continues his recovery.
Friday night’s game will see Alan Connell’s development squad meet Bashley at their Veho Community Stadium to raise funds for Chiedozie.
_(Image: Bashley FC)_ The former Cherry was recently given a tour of the new AFC Bournemouth performance centre, having lunch with the development squad and meeting head coach Andoni Iraola.
Many of those still involved at the club were there when Chiedozie was on the books, including Tommy Elphick, Shaun Cooper and Connell.
Connell said Friday night’s match is set to be a special occasion.
He told the club website: “Jordan was in our academy more than a decade ago and is someone I knew then along with a few other people who are still at the club.
“As a club, we wanted to help him as much as we possibly could and show our support. Hopefully, we are doing that by playing the game and by inviting him into the Performance Centre.
“We want to make him feel that he’s got support not just from his family and friends but from the club he used to play for as well.
“It was great to get him in and I think he enjoyed seeing the new facilities. He seemed to enjoy himself and I know he’s looking forward to the game on Friday.
_(Image: NQ)_ “We didn’t speak too specifically about what’s happened to him. He is very focused on the now and moving forward and this game will be a big part of that. It will be a chance for him to show his appreciation to the people who come to watch.
“His outlook was very positive and coming to see everyone at the club was a lift for him.
“I’m sure there are going to be some difficult days ahead for him but we, as a club, are here to support him both now and in the future.”
Connell added: “We look forward to our first competitive minutes on a special occasion for someone who has played for our club so it’s the perfect start for us.”
Bashley will host AFC Bournemouth’s development squad on Friday, July 11. Kick off is at 7.30pm with tickets available through the Bashley website.
