Wolves given permission to install two new outbuildings at Molineux. This is what they are for....

The prefabricated cabins will be erected behind the North Bank, the one to provide a refreshment area for broadcast crews, the other to operate goal-line technology.

A statement issued on behalf of the club said the one of the cabins would be divided into three areas, one for storage, one for the Hawk-Eye operating system required by the Premier League, and a third area for the Hawk-Eye operators to sit.

The Premier League requires all clubs to provide Hawk-Eye goal-line technology to ensure accurate and consistent decisions on whether a goal has been scored.

The other cabin will contain a small kitchen area to provide hot drinks and seating for broadcasting crews, again in line with Premier League requirements.

Nine car parking spaces will be lost to make way for the buildings.

"The proposal is in keeping with the existing surroundings within Molineux, with the proposed portable cabins having no adverse impact, providing the improved welfare facilities for the broadcasting crew as required by the Premier League, and facilities for Hawk-Eye to operate from," said the club's statement.

"Operationally the compound and car park will continue to function as it has for many years."

Planning officer Stephen Alexander granted the club permission for the development.
