Former Man Utd wonderkid Aliou Traore signs for new club

It has been four years since Aliou Traore was released by Manchester United, but this summer he opened a new chapter in his career.

Aliou Traore signed for Manchester United in January 2018 after quitting Paris Saint-Germain a year earlier.

The midfielder stood out in the U18s and drew comparisons to Paul Pogba, but he was unable to kick on as James Garner and Dylan Levitt surpassed his development levels.

After being released by United in 2021, Traore signed with Parma, only to spend a year at the club before joining Serie B outfit Frosinone.

The former France U19 international has also played for Goztepe and Ankara Keçiörengücü.

Although Traore has been unable to stick with any club for longer than a year, the 24-year-old will hope his next move works out better than his previous transfers.
