West Ham Exclusive: Hammers Reveal Bids For Wonderkid in this Window

**West Ham HAVE received transfer bids for Luis Guilherme during this window—just not the ones being reported.**

Claims that the Hammers rejected a €20 million up-front bid from Botafogo have been dismissed as wildly inaccurate by a senior source at the London Stadium.

Speaking directly to [Claret & Hugh](https://www.claretandhugh.info/category/news/), we were told: _“There have been no bids recently, but we had a few daft proposals early in the window—€2m and €4m loan fees, where they had an option to buy for €20m.”_

It has also been confirmed that the last proper [transfer](https://www.claretandhugh.info/west-ham-transfer-news/) offer for the Brazilian wonderkid came back in January from Flamengo.

As things stand, Guilherme is expected to feature prominently at the start of next season—particularly with Crysencio Summerville sidelined until September. And with Mohammed Kudus now gone to Tottenham, West Ham have no intention of offloading any more wide players.

The club view Guilherme as part of the long-term plan, and manager Graham Potter intends to give all of the Hammers’ young stars a real opportunity in pre-season.

What has been made clear this morning is that most of the reported offers for West Ham players are false or at least largely inflated. Talk of West Ham being tempted by big money back offers for Guilherme have been rubbished with the club having no intention of loaning the 19 year old out.
