Everton are set for a huge summer under the Friedkins who are finally able to splash some of their cash on Merseyside.
With the historic stadium move now just a matter of weeks away, David Moyes is pushing for the owners to put together a squad ready to compete.
One new face has now landed at Everton with the signing of Thierno Barry from Villarreal in recent days.
Moyes is demanding more signings at Everton, with the 62-year-old aware of just how big this summer needs to be from the club.
The Scot worked his magic in turning around the dreadful form he took on in January, and now it is time for The Friedkin Group to provide him with what he needs.
Things are looking much more positive for Everton, but things could have been so much different had John Textor won the race to purchase the club.

John Textor is keen for Everton discussion with Dan Friedkin
Amid the Crystal Palace and Lyon saga, Textor has slammed Farhad Moshiri after his failed Everton bid left him embarrassed on national television.
Dan Friedkin pipped his fellow American to the deeds on Merseyside, and the Lyon owner is now keen to discuss the debacle with Everton’s owner.
MORE EVERTON STORIES
Speaking on TalkSPORT, Textor admitted Friedkin has recently purchased a house on the same estate as him, with an open invite to discuss their Everton pursuit.
“The Friedkins’ guy called me and said: ‘You know, John, like eight days ago we just changed our mind [on buying Everton]’. And I was like: ‘Really’,” said Textor.
“I’m looking forward to meeting Dan because he’s just bought a house about six doors down from mine at Jupiter Island, and apparently we’re going to be neighbours.
“So we’ll be able to have a beer over this. I hear he’s a super good guy, and I’m sure he didn’t know how close we were.”
Textor has shown numerous public outbursts, which is something Everton fans will certainly be delighted to have avoided.
Despite the takeover being completed half a year ago, the American still cannot allow the saga to pass by as he vents his frustration over the situation.
Everton are finally looking like an ambitious club
After years of struggles under Moshiri, the Friedkins have finally turned things around on Merseyside.
The Hill Dickinson Stadium will transform Everton’s finances, but the new owners are also doing their bit.
Moyes is being backed by the Friedkins this summer, with funds there to be spent in the market.
But the Friedkins are also looking to make the Toffees a self-sustainable club in the same way that Tottenham Hotspur have benefited from their stadium.
Everton have landed a lucrative stadium naming deal, and hosting external events at the stadium will provide an even greater boost to the books.
