TBR Football can exclusively confirm the latest around Liverpool winger Luis Diaz amid a stalemate over his future.
We previously revealed that Diaz and his camp were becoming increasingly frustrated over his situation at Anfield.
Diaz would either like a new contract with salary increase or, failing that, he would leave Anfield and go elsewhere.
Liverpool are not looking to sell Diaz, but he is also not in line for a new deal – and TBR Football can now reveal the latest developments.

Luis Diaz camp reiterates frustrations to Liverpool but Reds stance unchanged
TBR Football chief correspondent Graeme Bailey understands that Luis Diaz and his camp have reiterated their frustrations to Liverpool at them not allowing him to explore options to leave.
Bayern Munich are pushing hard to try and find out if a deal could be hammered out, but we are told Liverpool have not even put a price on him, insisting he is not available.
Barcelona remain keen after failing to land Nico Williams, whilst the Saudi Pro League remain keen too. Diaz would happily sign a new deal at Anfield but if not, he wants to leave.
He would like to stay in Europe with both Bayern and Barca hugely attractive options to him, but he would consider the Pro League.
TBR Football, though, is told by sources close to Liverpool their stance remains the same – Diaz is not for sale.
Liverpool are in the market for sales with forwards Darwin Nunez, Federico Chiesa and Harvey Elliott being allowed to seek moves this summer.
Why the Saudi Pro League appears to be Luis Diaz’s likeliest destination
Liverpool are understood to want at least £50million for Diaz, which is above the budget Bayern and Barcelona have available.
With that in mind, Bailey believes only the Saudi Pro League can match Liverpool’s transfer fee expectations at this moment in time.
“We understand that Liverpool’s stance on Luis Diaz remains unchanged,” Bailey exclusively told TBR Football. “They don’t want to sell and are not about to sit down and offer him fresh terms.
“We know that Luis Diaz is on Bayern’s list, which is obviously accelerated by Jamal Musiala’s injury.
“He wanted a new deal at Liverpool, and they said they would talk to him about it this summer but they’ve gone back on that. They’re not talking to him [about a new contract].
“They’ve also said that he’s not for sale. He’s on relatively low wages and he’s one of the Premier League’s best wide players.
“I believe that he will leave, and I believe he’s probably destined for the Pro League because, even if they do let him go, Liverpool will want more than £50million – which is around Bayern’s level.
“We know Barcelona aren’t going to pay more than what they offered for Nico Williams for him, and they couldn’t really even afford that. Liverpool aren’t going to let him leave on a bargain fee.”
