It is now just over a month until the new Premier League season starts, and Manchester United face arguably the toughest start of any side in the division. Ruben Amorim's side begin their campaign at home to Arsenal, with clashes against Man City and Chelsea also to come in the opening five matches of the season.
United will have to hit the ground running if they are to get off to a good start, and it means time is running out for them to add new signings to their squad. Although the transfer window is open until Monday 1 September, United could do with having their additions settled in time for when they face Arsenal on Sunday 17 August.
Matheus Cunha and Diego Leon were both introduced to their new teammates on Monday, as talks continue over a possible move for Brentford forward Bryan Mbeumo. Amorim also wants to add a striker and a central midfielder to his squad this summer, though dream target Viktor Gyokeres will make his competitive debut at Old Trafford as an Arsenal player rather than a United one.
Here is how the two sides could line up on the opening day.
