Bayern Munich have reportedly joined the race to sign Real Madrid winger Rodrygo, who has apparently fallen out of favour with Xabi Alonso.
Rodrygo is among the high-profile players who could leave in the summer, and his camp has already held talks with Liverpool and Arsenal.
The Reds have bolstered their forward areas by signing Florian Wirtz from Bayern Leverkusen for a club record fee, but they could be in the market to sign another winger following the tragic death of Diogo Jota.
Bayern have made Luis Diaz their first-choice target this summer, but Liverpool have already rejected an offer from them.

The Brazilian winger is facing an uncertain future at Real Madrid, and Los Blancos are prepared to demand a fee in the region of £86m for him.
Along with Liverpool, Rodrygo is also being pursued by Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal, and Manchester City. And now Bayern, as per Defensa Central, have joined the race too.
The Bavarian giants are keen to add new wingers to their ranks after Leroy Sane left the club to join Galatasaray on a free transfer. Kingsley Coman is facing an uncertain future, while Jamal Musiala will be out for at least four to five months following his injury.
The report claims that Bayern feel Rodrygo would be a perfect fit in the left-wing areas and form a great trio alongside Harry Kane and Michael Olise.
According to Sky Germany, Bayern have not seriously considered signing Rodrygo. He has a contract at Madrid until 2028, and the transfer would be too expensive.
Luis Diaz could be a realistic target for Bayern
Liverpool are resisting all temptations to sell Diaz, but the Reds probably would do business if they receive a fee of around £69m for the Colombian winger.
Bayern are not willing to pay that amount for the 28-year-old, but they are trying to negotiate a deal that suits all parties involved.
If Diaz leaves Liverpool, then Rodrygo could become an option for them.
