LAS VEGAS – Utah Jazz rookie forward Ace Bailey doesn’t have a game tonight, but that didn’t stop him from watching some hoops and meeting some legends.
Bailey met 76ers legend and former NBA MVP Allen Iverson in Las Vegas today.

The game they were watching was the Dallas Mavericks versus the San Antonio Spurs. Most notably, the battle between No. 1 overall pick Cooper Flagg and No. 2 overall pick Dylan Harper.
Bailey was there to support his former Rutgers teammate in his debut and saw the Spurs pick up a 76-69 win, despite a 32-point outing from Flagg. Harper finished with 16 points, six rebounds, two assists, and two steals.

Due to injury rehab, it is unclear if Bailey will be available tomorrow, as the Jazz will play their second game in Vegas against the Golden State Warriors.
Ace Bailey First Look With Utah Jazz
After getting selected with the No. 5 overall pick last month, Bailey has appeared in two games for the Jazz this summer.
It started on July 5 when Bailey made his Utah debut against the Philadelphia 76ers in the Salt Lake City Summer League. He finished with eight points and seven rebounds on a 93-89 win.
Two days later, Bailey considerably outperformed his debut. He posted 18 points and seven rebounds on 50 percent shooting and was an instrumental piece in the Jazz’s one-point comeback win.
Since then, the rookie out of Rutgers has missed the last two games as he deals with hip soreness.
