Lansing legend Taylor Moton hosts his 6th annual 517 youth camp

LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - Okemos legend Taylor Moton returned to the Greater Lansing area to give back with his 6th annual 517 youth camp. After a standout career with Western Michigan, Moton was selected 64th overall in the 2017 NFL Draft by the Carolina Panthers and has been there ever since.

Moton still makes it a priority to put a lot of time and effort into returning to his roots and hosting his free annual youth football camp.

There were approximately 400 kids in attendance from third to eighth grade to learn from Mid-Michigan legends and both current and former Michigan State football players.

Former Super Bowl champion and East Lansing standout Brad Jones, former MSU and current Panthers’ linebacker Jacoby Windmon, Michigan State freshman Jace Clarizio, and MSU new transfer RB Elijah Tau-Tolliver were some of the many players who were at the camp to help give back.
