Ardon Jashari continues to reject the advances of other clubs because he has his heart set on joining AC Milan, according to Fabrizio Romano.
As we wrote about earlier in the week, the Jashari transfer saga has descended into a bit of a farce. After Club Brugge took a long time to respond to Milan’s latest improved offer, there was an exchange of words in the media that gave the impression that the situation had become quite tense.
As per multiple sources, the latest offer is €32.5m as the fixed amount plus €5.5m in bonuses for a total of €38m. Crucially, these bonuses are a mix between some which are easy to achieve and some which are more difficult, so we are talking about a guarantee of around €35m, give or take.
‘He only wants Milan’
Speaking in an update video on his YouTube channel, Fabrizio Romano gave the latest news on Jashari and confirmed that he is holding out for the Rossoneri, but that things ‘cannot wait forever’.
“Among Milan’s targets remains Ardon Jashari, who continues to reject all other offers that come his way, such as one from West Ham,” he said (via MilanNews).

“But another Premier League club has also made an offer to the Swiss in recent days, namely Nottingham Forest. These are very generous offers for the player, but at the moment he is turning them all down because he only wants Milan.
“Now we are entering a decisive phase because Milan cannot wait forever. Jashari continues to do his part, he has rejected important offers from the Premier League because he only wants Milan.”
