Daniel Farke is said to be keen on bringing Josh Sargent to Leeds United this summer.
The striker netted 15 goals in the Championship last season despite injuries limiting him to 29 appearances.
As a result, Leeds have been linked with a move to Sargent, with Farke said to be keen on reuniting with the US international.
Burnley are also said to be pursuing Sargent, as the race for the 25-year-old takes another twist.

Norwich City to demand £20m for Sargent
While the 49ers don’t view Sargent as a priority, they could now miss out on the striker altogether.

According to Alan Nixon’s patreon (13 July), Burnley remain in the race for the striker, who as made 26 appearances in the Premier League.
The Clarets are in need of a goalscorer and view the US international as their answer to their problems.

Sargent struggled in his only season in the Premier League
Norwich City are set to demand £20 million for Sargent, a fee that Burnley are more than willing to pay.
Therefore, it is now or never for Leeds United if they are to sign the attacker this summer.
The outcome of the saga will show the 49ers’ true ambitions, as missing out on Sargent to a relegation rival would be a big blow.
Despite the Leeds owners’ views of the striker, they should still make an offer for him, especially as Farke wants him at Elland Road.

Sargent could be a solid signing for Leeds United
While the signing of Sargent would be a risk, the striker could turn out to be a solid player at Elland Road.
If the US international can stay fit, he will inevitably score some vital goals for Farke in the Premier League.
However, for £20m, this would be a massive gamble, as Sargent has had multiple injuries in the past two seasons.
Nevertheless, Leeds will have to take these types of risks if they are to avoid the drop, or they will be left behind.
