_“I do have that desire. It’s a childhood dream, like many players have – and it’s mine too,”_ said the attacker.

_“It’s also a dream to have a beautiful career here first and then live that European dream. I leave everything in God’s hands. Whether I stay here and build a great story or go there, both ways will be good.”_

[According to journalist Bruno Soares](https://br.bolavip.com/gremio/liverpool-monitora-joia-do-gremio-e-pode-fazer-proposta-oficial-por-alysson), Liverpool are closely following Alysson’s development. The player has been scouted by representatives of the Premier League club, who reportedly see him as a long-term prospect.

Alysson’s current contract with Grêmio runs until December 2028, and his release clause is set at €60m – roughly £50.5m.

Despite recent approaches, Grêmio’s board are keen to keep him at least until the end of the season to maintain competitiveness and avoid further disruption to the squad.

The youngster stood out in Grêmio for his pace and dribbling and is becoming a regular under manager Mano Menezes. He’s capable of playing both as a winger and in more central attacking roles – a profile that aligns with the preferences of many European clubs.

His next steps remain to be seen, but interest from England continues to grow.
