A tactical change has been brought about by Ruben Amorim’s new era at Old Trafford, with players who were formerly thought to be undroppable now on the periphery.
Alejandro Garnacho seems to be one of the major casualties of the manager’s chosen formation, which still affects natural wide players.
For months, there has been uncertainty around Garnacho’s future at Manchester United.
The winger and head coach Ruben Amorim had a falling out behind the scenes, as was well known before the season ended.

The Argentine winger was one of the five including Marcus Rashford, Tyrell Malacia, Antony and Jadon Sancho who were given extended time to find a new club.
Alejandro Garnacho has since notified United that he wants to depart after being warned as early as May that the club would consider moving him if the proper offer was made.
Now he has been offered another opportunity elsewhere; however, he has chosen to reject it.
As per the Telegraph, Alejandro Garnacho has rejected the opportunity to pursue move to Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s team had initial discussions to be part of SPL title challenge, but the 21-year-old prioritised Europe.

The majority of the players that Ruben Amorim’s side has signed so far in summer transfer window have been attacking players.
This is demonstrated by the acquisition of Matheus Cunha and the pursuit of Brentford’s Bryan Mbeumo.
Hugo Ekitike has also been linked to the Red Devils as they aim to overhaul their attack.
Garnacho has always wanted a move to a club in the Premier League with the aim of staying in England making his name known.
Chelsea have been linked to a move for Garnacho for months now.
With the rejection of going to a club in Saudi Arabia, a move to stay in the Premier League looks like it’s drawing nearer.
