West Ham United are finally set to give supporters something to cheer about after reaching an agreement to sign El Hadji Malick Diouf.
West Ham have been chasing Slavia Prague ace Diouf for most of the summer window so far and have been pushing for an agreement.
The left-sided defender now looks set to arrive at the London Stadium imminently, with details emerging on his United medical.

Czech champions Slavia have been stubborn with regards to their stance over Diouf, who was barred from training while talk over his future went on.
However, according to Foot Mercato journalist Santi Aouna via X (13 July), a full agreement has now been reached between West Ham and Slavia for the player’s services.

It is claimed that Diouf will undergo a medical next week, with his final game for Slavia to take place on Sunday (13 July).
Diouf will say goodbye to his teammates and Slavia’s supporters after the match before setting off for London.
Senegal international Diouf has been adamant on the move away from Slavia, explaining the decision to bar him from training.
It was previously reported that Graham Potter’s men had a £17.25million bid rejected, meaning it is likely an improved offer was lodged and then accepted.
