West Ham United have reportedly reached a full agreement with Slavia Prague to sign Senegalese left-back El Hadji Malick Diouf.
Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that the 20-year-old is headed to London to undergo a medical ahead of a switch to the Hammers for £19m. He has been on the Premier League club's radar since the transfer window opened.
Diouf will become Graham Potter's second signing this summer, following Jean-Clair Todibo's loan being made permanent in a £35m deal. He's now played his last game for Slavia Prague where his stock has grown as one of Africa's most in-demand talents.

Diouf has garnered interest amid an impressive spell in Czechia, managing seven goals and four assists in 41 games across competitions last season. He offers pace and creativity on the left flank that will help Potter try and turn the tide at the London Stadium.
Romano wrote on X:
"El Hadji Malick Diouf to West Ham, here we go! Deal agreed to bring in the left back from Slavia Prague. Transfer fee will be €22m plus add-ons after #WHUFC improved their bid. Player has been authorized to travel for medical, as
@Santi_J_FM reports."
West Ham's move for Diouf comes following Aaron Cresswell's departure earlier this summer. The veteran English left-back left the London Stadium after his contract expired.
Emerson Palmieri is set to follow him out the door, with both the player and the club planning to part ways, per Fabrizio Romano. This has intensified the need for a new left-back.
