£40m Man City player now set to hold talks with another club with trip planned next week -…

Sooner rather than later, it seems increasingly likely that several players could depart Manchester City.

Pep Guardiola would like a smaller squad and considering he made his wish public, City will likely oblige by moving players on.

One of them is Jack Grealish, who is set to leave Manchester City this summer.

Our transfer expert Graeme Bailey revealed that Stefan Ortega could depart the Etihad Stadium with a view to becoming a starting goalkeeper elsewhere as well.

James McAtee has also been strongly linked with an exit.

Manchester City value McAtee similarly to Cole Palmer and they will only sanction a move provided a buying club stump up a fee in excess of the £40 million Chelsea paid to sign the latter.

Manchester City News revealed the Bundesliga was McAtee’s most likely next move but the player’s trip to Frankfurt is neither a medical nor a case of a deal being agreed.

However, there is interest from within the Premier League in the youngster.

Everton are prepared to sign McAtee, with David Moyes being a huge admirer of the midfielder.
