Super Bowl logo artist Queen Tahj Williams named grand marshal of 2026 Femme Fatale parade

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - The Mystic Krewe of Femme Fatale unveiled the grand marshal of its 2026 Carnival parade on Saturday night (July 12).

The honor was bestowed upon Queen Tahj Williams, the Hollygrove computer engineer and queen of the Golden Eagle tribe of the Mardi Gras Indians tradition, whose artistry gained worldwide attention earlier this year after the NFL commissioned her to design the official logo and tickets for Super Bowl LIX.

“Thank you to all 2025 members of MKFF for this honor!” Williams wrote Sunday in a social media post. “I will need my roller skates to keep up.”

The Krewe of Femme Fatale is scheduled to roll its parade at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 8, 2026, on the Uptown New Orleans route.
