Arsenal are planning to advance on a deal to sign Valencia defender Cristhian Mosquera, with deals for Viktor Gyokeres and Noni Madueke close to completion, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Gunners have enjoyed a busy summer transfer window so far, completing the signings of Kepa Arrizabalaga, Martin Zubimendi, and Christian Norgaard. It's also been confirmed that Sporting CP striker Gyokeres is on his way to Arsenal, with a deal agreed in principle for a fee of around €73.5m.
Chelsea winger Madueke could be the next player to be officially confirmed after the England international arrived in London to complete his move to the Gunners. Madueke has agreed a five-year contract at the Emirates Stadium, with both Arsenal and Chelsea agreeing a fee for a transfer this summer.

Deals for Madueke and Gyokeres were always likely to be the priority for Arsenal as they look to improve Arteta's options in the final third. Thomas Partey and Jorginho were both replaced by Norgaard and Zubimendi, while Madueke and Gyokeres will add extra firepower in attack for the Gunners.
Mosquera is a young defender with Arsenal clearly looking towards the future, but it certainly won't be easy for him to become a regular starter. Displacing William Saliba and Gabriel in the starting XI will be tricky, but his insistence on joining Arsenal is a huge positive for the north London club.
