West Ham United have agreed terms with Slavia Prague for left-sided defender El Hadji Malick Diouf.
Following a fortnight of negotiations, the two clubs finally reached agreement for the 20-year-old, highly-rated Senegalese international.
It is understood the Hammers will pay the Czech side €22million (£19million) plus a further €4million in add-ons in order to land the hot prospect, as Graham Potter begins his summer rebuild of the first team squad.
Slavia - who have given Malick Diouf the green light to fly to London and undergo a medical ahead of his move - will also be entitled to what has been reported as a "large" percentage of any future transfer fee.
