Wolves are facing the unenviable task of replacing Rayan Ait-Nouri this summer, after he was sold to Manchester City.
Rayan Ait-Nouri left the club after five years, and fans lamented his sale to City, feeling it was too cheap for a player of his quality and potential.
Hugo Bueno will get his chance to impress Vitor Pereira in pre-season.
But it is still unclear whether he will be the direct replacement for Ait-Nouri in 2025/26.
Over the last few weeks, a number of players have been linked with a move to Wolves as a potential replacement for the Algerian.
Clement Bischoff is a player Wolves like, having impressed at Brondby.
Gerard Martin of Barcelona is also someone Wolves have been considering.
But now, a new name has been offered.

Wolves are reportedly now showing interest in Jaouen Hadjam, who plays for Swiss outfit Young Boys.
MORE WOLVES STORIES
Last season, he made 42 appearances for the club across all competitions, and chipped in with a couple of goals and assists.
Six of those 42 appearances actually came in the Champions League.
Hadjam’s contributions have led to interest from a number of clubs this summer, and he was recently voted the best left-back in Switzerland.
Journalist Marc Mechenoua said on X: “Voted the best left-back in Switzerland, Jaouen Hadjam is on the shortlist for Torino, Augsburg, Wolverhampton, and Sevilla FC.
“Young Boys are demanding around £6 million to let the Algerian international go.”
Ait-Nouri is a major loss for Wolves
It remains to be seen if Wolves will push for Hadjam, and clearly his efforts last term have got a number of clubs sniffing.
Potentially, Wolves could replace one Algerian with another, with Hadjam having played nine times for his country.
But Hadjam would have huge shoes to fill if he did sign.

Ait-Nouri had developed into one of the best left-backs in the Premier League by the time of his sale to City – at least, from an attacking standpoint.
He was a player who could dazzle fans with his footwork, and provided a steady stream of goals and assists from left wing-back.
At £6 million, Wolves would hope to snag a bargain with Hadjam. But without doubt, Vitor Pereira is going to feel the loss of Ait-Nouri quite a lot.
