Pedro Neto has dedicated Chelsea’s win at the FIFA Club World Cup to Diogo Jota and Andre Silva.
Liverpool forward Jota and his brother Andre Silva died earlier this month in a tragic car accident in Spain.
Neto was a teammate of Jota’s with both former club Wolves and the Portuguese national team and has been among the many mourners of his compatriots’ passing.

Speaking after Chelsea’s 3-0 win over Paris Saint-Germain to win the tournament, Neto dedicated the triumph to Jota and Silva, admitting he was determined to succeed in memory of the brothers.
“I said I would win it for Diogo and Andre,” Neto told Chelsea’s club website.
“This one is for them and their families, and we are really happy.
“It’s an unbelievable win. The way we worked was unbelievable, the way we finished the tournament with this win – we are really happy.
“It’s the best feeling, to be honest. To be here with my mates and this club. I’m enjoying this moment, and winning this trophy with this club is an unbelievable feeling
“I just want more and more, that’s my mentality. I’m here to win titles with this club and these special team-mates, and I hope we can go on from there.”
