The transfer position of Manchester United player Marcus Rashford has been revealed after several clubs have sparked interest in the wantaway Barcelona target, according to reports.

Marcus Rashford’s loan spell with Aston Villa expired on 30th June and the 27-year-old Manchester United forward was returned to his boyhood club on 1st July.

Aston Villa had a £40m buy option for Rashford after taking him out on loan in the January transfer window, but the Premier League club did not exercise the option.

Rashford was able to put his career back on track at Villa Park and he climbed back into the England national team during his spell under Villa manager Unai Emery.

The United attacker left Old Trafford for the second half of the 2024-25 Premier League campaign after Rashford lost his place in the Red Devils starting XI.

Rashford has been deemed surplus to requirements at the Premier League club and Red Devils manager Ruben Amorim is keen to offload the England star this summer.
