Summary
Berry has usually been aggressive at the cornerback position, but did not add any top-end free agents or even draft a cornerback in the NFL Draft. The Browns are counting on Newsome and Emerson and the younger cornerbacks to improve from last season.
With Newsome and Emerson in the last year of their contracts, the Browns did not extend either player and will likely look to see their production in 2025 to determine what they do going forward.
