According to FCIN, Inter have brought up an interest in De Winter during talks with Genoa over a loan move of Nerazzurri attacking midfielder Valentin Carboni.
Genoa would want around €25 million for De Winter.
Therefore, Inter would see the Belgian as a prospective replacement in the event that they sell either Yann Bisseck or Benjamin Pavard.
On the other hand, FCIN report, Inter do not see De Winter as the right replacement for Francesco Acerbi.
Rather, Inter would prefer Giovanni Leoni as a replacement for Acerbi. However, the 19-year-old would cost around €40 million.
