Nottingham Forest are hoping to add some new players to the squad before the new campaign, with things starting to get a little bit urgent.
Anthony Elanga has been sold to Newcastle, whilst Morgan Gibbs-White looks set to join Tottenham if terms can be agreed with Forest.
Forest have added Igor Jesus, but it’s fair to say that the starting eleven has lost a serious element of pace, with Elanga heading to St James’ Park.
Now, it feels as though things are starting to ramp up a little bit on the recruitment front, with links emerging each and every day.

Nottingham Forest want Liverpool player Ben Doak
According to The Express, Forest are now monitoring the availability of Liverpool winger Ben Doak, with the player thought to be available for £25 million.
Doak went on loan to Middlesbrough last season, scoring three goals and claiming seven assists with Boro missing out on the play-offs in the end.
Forest have banked a minimum of £55 million from the sale of Elanga, with Nuno Espirito Santo keen to add a few wingers to his squad.
Doak has been on the radar of Everton, Bournemouth, Crystal Palace and PSV previously, with the Reds now the latest club to come forward for his signature.

What Jurgen Klopp said about Ben Doak
The former Liverpool head coach was the man in charge when Doak was signed by the Reds from Celtic and he handed him his first-team debut.
Klopp said: “Special boy. Really confident, has something nobody else delivers really, this kind of dribbling, this kind of straight-forward bravery, all these kinds of things.”
Doak might not be capable of dropping straight into the position vacated by Elanga, but at 19-years-old, he fits the profile of a player who could very quickly possess a substantial amount of resale value.
