Everton are starting to realise their plans for a new era at their new stadium.
The Blues will start the new season at the Hill Dickinson Stadium after leaving their home of 133 years, Goodison Park in May.
The new era under the Friedkin Group, who purchased a 99.5 per cent stake in the Toffees, is expected to bring greater prospects on and off the pitch.
The latest development could net the Premier League outfit a new windfall.

A report from the Liverpool Echo (14 July) claims that the Blues are moving forward with an application for a license that would allow them to host concerts and other events.
It states that they have lodged a bid with Liverpool City Council that would allow for live music performances, dance or entertainment.

Everton have often lagged behind their rivals when it comes to their commercial operations, but that is expected to improve under the new ownership.
The Blues’ financials revealed an encouraging picture, pre-tax loss was £53.2 million, down from £89.1m the previous year, and turnover increased from £172.2m to £186.9m.

Their arch-rivals Liverpool bagged £7m and £9.5m for Taylor Swift’s three nights at Anfield in December 2024, according to estimates from the Echo.
The Blues could bring in around £1-2m from each gig that they host at their new ground, and that will ultimately help their growth on the pitch.
Right now, the focus is on the matches that are scheduled to take place in the coming weeks, a friendly against sister club AS Roma and the first league game against Brighton and Hove Albion.
However, if the Americans can harness the potential of the stadium and turn it into a must-play venue for the biggest artists, it will be a major move and drastically increase their revenues.
David Moyes‘ plan is to get the L4 outfit back into Europe and compete for trophies, and any potential windfall will help that objective.
