Newcastle United have moved to calm fans' nerves as speculation around Alexander Isak started to gather pace.
As we reported earlier, fans were getting a tad worried when there appeared to be no sign of Alexander Isak in pre-season training so far.
Several Newcastle players were granted extra leave last week after representing their countries in friendlies in June, which is why we weren't shocked that Bruno Guimaraes and Sandro Tonali didn't feature in any images last week.
However, Alexander Isak withdrew from the Sweden squad with a groin issue, so we'd have expected him back last week, but there was no sign of the star striker.

Alexander Isak and Sandro Tonali are in Austria with the rest of the squad
As the lads jetted off to Austria this morning, there wasn't a great deal put out by the club about the players heading out, but Will Osula gave us some insight with a few videos on Snapchat.
There was no sign of Isak on any of Osula's videos or the images put out by the club, giving fans cause for concern over his lack of any sort of pre-season appearance.
Thankfully, we need not have panicked as the club would later provide images of both Isak and Tonali in Austria with the caption "Look who's here".

Alexander Isak is likely to be available for the Celtic game on Saturday
As Newcastle make moves to sign Hugo Ekitike, it's more important than ever that the club keeps Isak at the forefront of fans' minds, as signing another top striker could lead fans to suspect that Isak will be sold.
So far, all of the reports are suggesting that the club want Isak and Ekitike together, which is huge and potentially devastating for other Premier League defences.
We're happy to see our star man back in training, and now hopefully we get to see him in action at Celtic on Saturday.
