Arsenal are having one of the best summer transfer windows in recent memory.
There were a lot of expectations going into the window, and the pressure was on Andrea Berta to deliver after he replaced Edu Gaspar in March.
So far, the Italian has delivered. Arsenal have already signed Kepa Arrizabalaga, Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard, while Noni Madueke has completed his medical as well.
Viktor Gyokeres and Cristhian Mosquera are also on their way to the Emirates after lengthy negotiations with their respective clubs.
Now, Berta is getting ready to make his next move.
Fabrizio Romano says Arsenal could make Eberechi Eze move ‘at any moment’ now
Eberechi Eze is high on Arsenal’s wish list.
The Crystal Palace star is one of the most exciting players to watch in the Premier League, and he has been brilliant in recent years.
Arsenal are really interested in Eze despite all their other moves, and Fabrizio Romano has an exciting update for their fans.
The journalist has revealed that Arsenal could make an official approach to Crystal Palace to sign Eze any second now after striking deals for Gyokeres and Mosquera.
He said in a video on his YouTube channel: “The contacts are still ongoing between Arsenal and agents, absolutely working on this deal for Eberechi Eze.
“Waiting now to see how this will work with Crystal Palace because Palace have always said that they want the release clause.
“Arsenal are hoping that maybe later in the window, they will change their stance and maybe negotiate.
“The deal for Eze remains on, but more on the player’s side than the club’s side. Waiting for an official approach, (it) can come at any moment, with Arsenal really pushing on the market on several targets.”

What signing Eberechi Eze would mean for Arsenal
Arsenal fans are already delighted with the way their window is going.
Kepa, Zubimendi and Norgaard are all solid additions, and the imminent arrivals of Gyokeres, Madueke and Mosquera make this a phenomenal summer for the Gunners.
To make this a perfect window — a 10/10 one — Arsenal should now sign Eze.
The Crystal Palace star’s ability to glide past players and unlock defences from the left side is something Arsenal don’t have in their squad right now. He is capable of scoring ‘incredible‘ goals as well.
Filling that void, on top of signing the other six names above, would make the Gunners the favourites to win the Premier League next season.
