ESPN tried to go ‘inspirational’ by releasing motivational quotes from NBA players but they should have made a better selection, especially with the one involving Milwaukee Bucks’ Kyle Kuzma.

The 29-year-old forward is among the 15 players featured by the sports media company on their Instagram but his quote was perceived differently by some users. “Setting himself up” one user said.
What was his motivational quote? Something about bricks.
“Lay a brick everyday and eventually you’ll build a house,” he said.
His quote has the most attention on the page with the top comment trolling him for it.
“Kuzma could build a whole community with the way he plays,” one commenter wrote.
“Lay a brick a day is a crazy statement bro,” said another.
These reactions are not just simple trolling. Kuzma did not have an ideal playoffs for the Bucks in the first round against the Indiana Pacers. He scored no point in Game 1 and averaged 5.8 for all the five games.

It was not just a choke job for him as there were signs in the late part of the regular season that he was becoming unplayable. There was even a point when he and other starters were benched in the fourth quarter in favor of the substitutes.
Kyle Kuzma on trade block?
Kuzma’s name continue to pop up in Bucks’ fans mock trade. He has become unpopular to them after a strong start in February.
However, there is no indication that he is on the trade block. His relationship with Doc Rivers and the rest of the team, even superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo, appears to be great.
Kuzma is set to stage a celebrity golf tournament with Rivers among the special guests. The tournament will be for the benefit of the Kyle Kuzma Family Foundation and will be held on July 17 to 18.

“Bringing this tournament back for a second year is incredibly meaningful because it represents so much more than a day on the course. It’s a reflection of what my family and I value most: community, connection and showing up for others,” Kuzma said in a press release.
“As someone raised by a single mother, the mission at the heart of this event is very personal to me. We’re proud to host an unforgettable weekend that brings people together to drive real and lasting support for families who need it the most.”
