This is an extremely cheap deal for a player of his quality. Brilliant business

How will Mosquera fit into Arteta’s Arsenal squad
The first thing to say regarding the 21-year-old is that he won’t be starting each and every week, due to the fact that Arteta already has his starting centre-backs in Saliba and Gabriel. However, last year we saw an injury to Gabriel, and the Gunners had a distinct lack of options to replace him.
Mosquera not only adds depth, but he is also a better replacement than the likes of Jakub Kiwior and Ben White, and much younger too. His potential is good enough so that we could see him starting every game for Arsenal in a couple of years’ time.
He is a dynamic centre-back, who is quick, and comfortable on the ball, much like Saliba. Plus, Mosquera can also play right-back, meaning that Arteta is getting a quick, promising and versatile defender for under €20m. It is a very savvy piece of business from the Gunners.
