The transfer window needs to finally get into action for Everton, as David Moyes seems to be getting impatient.
Thierno Barry’s signature will hopefully be a good transfer; that’s all Evertonians can really assess so far.
Mark Travers is set to follow as a backup goalkeeper this summer, but Moyes wants competition with Travers’ signing in a message to Jordan Pickford.
Hopefully, after these deals more come to fruition, as Moyes wants up to six more players this window.
One position Everton desperately need is a right-back, but The Friedkin Group aren’t in any rush by the looks of things.

Everton playing the waiting game for Georgios Vagiannidis
After Ashley Young’s departure, there is now a void that needs to be filled at right-back.
Young’s departure was always likely, and despite Jake O’Brien playing the majority of his games in the full-back position, Moyes promised O’Brien a centre-back role.
Adding to this, Moyes doesn’t trust Nathan Patterson, so it’s clear a new right-back will be entering the frame.

Greek outlet Prasinoforos report that Wolves are ready to submit an ‘official offer’ for Vagiannidis in the coming days.
Panathinaikos have UEFA Champions League qualifiers coming up against Rangers, and view these matches as a ‘priority’.
They’re not willing to sell one of their biggest stars before such a pivotal tie, but have suggested that if Everton and Wolves persist for the defender’s signature, a sale could occur.

Alongside Wolves, Everton have plenty of competition in Vagiannidis
The right-back has clearly impressed across the other side of Europe as Wolves is the least of Everton’s worries.
It’s been previously stated that Tottenham want a £13m deal for Vagiannidis, with the defender having an array of options on the table.
Adding to this, Sporting Lisbon have also held talks with the Greek star’s agent, but it doesn’t appear that movement will be happening anytime soon with Panathinaikos’ European duties.
Everton will just have to wait until the perfect time to strike, as Moyes can resolve his right-back problem with the signing of the 23-year-old talent.
