Jota and his brother Andre Silva died in a car crash in Spain on July 3 and Old Gold Pack have set a target of £10,000 to finance a tribute in his honour.
Donations have nearly reached £400 at the time of writing and can be made [via the Old Gold Pack website](https://oldgoldpack.co.uk/fundraising-campaign/).
"Diogo Jota lit up Molineux. He gave everything in Old Gold. Fearless, relentless, unforgettable," an ODP statement read.
"Now it's our turn to give something back. We're working on a tribute display to hour what Diogo gave us but doing it properly doesn't come cheap.
"Football, but especially Wolves fans, always come together when it matters. Through the highs and the lows, we back our own.
"Diogo gave us all memories we will never forget, so any donation big or small helps us make this tribute a reality.
"Any extra money raised over and above the cost of this display (cost will be confirmed once we finalise the display) will be donated to charity."
Jota scored 44 goals in 131 appearances during his three seasons at Wolves and helped lead them to the Championship title under Nuno Espirito Santo in 2018.
He left Wolves for Liverpool in 2020 and found the net 65 times in 182 times during his five seasons at Anfield - winning the Premier League, FA Cup and two EFL Cups.
The Portuguese forward also led his nation to success in the Nations League in May - his second such triumph in the competition.
