Adaramola was a big hit during his half-season loan with City as they won promotion back to League One.
But boss Alexander ruled out the possibility of bringing him back after Lewis Richards committed to a new deal to battle it out with summer signing Ibou Touray for the left wing-back role.
The Bantams were Adaramola’s fourth loan club and the 21-year-old impressed Palace with the way he handled the Valley Parade spotlight.
After signing on deadline day in the mid-season window, he went on to play 16 games with three assists and seven clean sheets.
“I think Tayo’s going to compete to try and be in the senior squad at Palace in preseason,” said Alexander. “If that’s the case, I really hope he does well because he’s a top lad.
“We absolutely loved having him here from January onwards.
“With Lewis confirming he is staying on, there will be no need for a return for Tayo, not at this stage anyway.
“It was similar to January. It only got done at the last minute with Tayo because we had Tyreik (Wright) and Lewis fit and available.

“We don’t bring in players when we don’t see an opportunity for them to play.
“It was only when those lads got injured that we brought Tayo in because we could see a viable position for him.
“I wouldn’t do that with any players if I didn’t see a real chance of them playing. We already have two left wing-backs in our squad.
“Tayo wouldn’t want to sign, first of all, if he didn’t think he had an opportunity to compete to play.
“I’d be perfectly happy with our options there.
“There are always more than one or two good players around and it would be one too many if we had the opportunity to bring Tayo back.”
Adaramola played the second half of Palace's opening pre-season friendly last weekend - a 1-0 win over Millwall.
His development during his time with City strengthened the connections with the FA Cup winners – a link first established with Scott Banks’ very successful loan season in 2022/23.
Palace filmed a “day in the life” documentary on Adaramola at the training ground and around City’s 4-1 home win over Colchester in March when he set up two of the goals and was named man of the match.
City are still hoping to bring in two loans from the Premier League – with midfield expected to be the target area – but won’t know more about that until they are back from Austria.
