Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister has reportedly rejected the advances of Bayern Munich.
The World Cup winner enjoyed a fruitful 2024-25 campaign at Anfield and was linked to Real Madrid near the end of the season.
Mac Allister played 35 games in the top flight of English football last term as Liverpool lifted only their second-ever Premier League crown.
Playing alongside Ryan Gravenberch in the engine room, the Argentine playmaker provided 10 goal contributions in the league.
Since making the switch from Brighton & Hove Albion in 2023, Mac Allister has featured on 95 occasions for the Reds, scoring 14 goals.

Mac Allister rejects Bayern swoop?
According to Defensa Central via Spanish outlet Fichajes, Liverpool are set to retain the services of a high-profile midfielder this summer.
The report claims that Mac Allister has attracted serious interest from current Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich in recent times.
However, it is understood that the 26-year-old has rejected the advances of the German giants, not favouring a switch to Bavaria.
It is believed that Mac Allister is committed to the project at Anfield, where Liverpool wil gun for back-to-back English crowns in 2025-26.
Although content with his position on Merseyside, the midfielder is still being monitored closely by faltering European powerhouses Real Madrid.

What should Mac Allister do?
At the age of 26, Mac Allister is entering the prime years of his career and will want to be winning major trophies on a regular basis.
Liverpool look the best bet for such ambitions at the moment, with the Reds strengthening their squad significantly after a dominant term in the Premier League.
Arne Slot's troops return to action on July 26, when they face off against Italian giants AC Milan in a pre-season friendly clash.
