Man Utd-linked striker whose release clause is set to expire breaks silence and sends powerful message,‘I’m very…’

A Manchester United-linked striker has now sent out a clear-cut point about his club future ahead of his release clause with his current side expiring this summer.

Ruben Amorim has been tipped to sign a new striker this summer and the Red Devils have struggled to bring in a new forward option to Old Trafford so far.

Viktor Gyokeres had been linked with Manchester United and a potential reunion with Ruben Amorim, who coached the 27-year-old Swedish striker at Sporting CP.

However, United have missed out on Viktor Gyokeres and the Sporting CP and Sweden forward is expected to sign for Premier League rivals Arsenal this summer.

United have been linked with other forward options in the current transfer market, including Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic and Aston Villa attacker Ollie Watkins.

Amorim was left frustrated with his striking options during the 2024-25 Premier League season after the struggles of both Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee.

Fiorentina and Italy striker Moise Kean speaks out on his future amid Man Utd and the Saudi Pro League’s interest

Moise Kean has been linked with Manchester United and the 25-year-old Italian striker has also emerged on the radar of the Saudi Pro League this summer.

The Italy international, who had a flop spell at Everton, has been in the form of his life at Serie A outfit Fiorentina after his second exit from Italian side Juventus.

Moise Kean netted 25 times and registered three assists in 44 matches across all competitions in his debut season at Fiorentina after his 2024 move to the club.

The former Paris Saint-Germain player broke his silence amid the interest from United and Saudi Arabia and Kean insisted that he is happy being at Fiorentina.

“I’m very motivated to move forward,” he said at a season presentation event at Viola Park on Monday, as per Gianluca Di Marzio.

“Fiorentina has given me so much and has always supported me.

“Now it’s important to return with renewed motivation and give my best for Fiorentina.”

Moise Kean’s release clause at Fiorentina is set to expire after links with Man Utd and the Saudi Pro League

Fiorentina paid an initial fee of €13m, including agreeing add-ons that could take the deal to €18m, to bring Moise Kean to the Stadio Artemio Franchi in the first place.

United-linked Kean is under contract with the Serie A club until 2029 and the former Juventus and Everton striker has a release clause available for a limited time only.

The Italy striker’s release clause became active on 1st July and Kean could be signed for £45m (€52m) after his impressive run at Fiorentina in the 2024-25 campaign.

However, Kean’s release clause will deactivate after 15th July and Fiorentina could then demand an even higher transfer fee from clubs trying to sign him this summer.
